A high volume of orders may affect the timeframe in which some orders are shipped and received. Our team is working hard to ensure your order is processed and fulfilled as soon as possible.

Free shipping on domestic orders over USD500 (currency equivalent). All orders that do not meet the USD500 minimum will require a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your specific location. 

When will my order ship?

Due to sustainable practices enforced here at Lurelly, we currently make most of our items to order.

Our Midi Maxi Dress is in stock and available to ship within 5 days as well as accessories.

All other orders are made to order within 10 business days. Some Jeweled Items have a longer processing time, please check the processing time of each product listed on the Product page in the description.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Average standard shipping times:

Within the US: less than 5 business days

US to Canada: 3-5 business days

US to South America: 5-10 business days

US to Asia: 7-10 business days

US to Australia: 7-10 business days

US to New Zealand: 7-10 business days

US to Africa: 7-10 business days

US to Middle East: 7-10 business days

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We do offer P.O Box Shipping within the US Only.

 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We are pleased to share that we now offer expedited shipping via UPS Express. Available with any US Domestic & International order, shipping cost is calculated at checkout

To have your order expedited please select Express Shipping at checkout, If the shipping selected does not include the title "EXPRESS" the order will be treated as standard shipping. 

Express shipping orders are shipped within 3-5 days and delivered the next business day. Excludes delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, and PO Boxes. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. If you are unable to locate this email, or believe you have yet to receive your tracking details, Please check your spam folder, if you havent received any form of confirmation, please email us at info@lurelly.com.

What happens if my package gets lost?

 

Please email us at info@lurelly.com. If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages if there is proof of delivery. 

 

US ORDERS

 

Do you charge sales tax?

As an e-commerce company based in the US, we are required to charge sales tax on orders shipping to certain states. This list may vary over time. Any applicable taxes are automatically calculated at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Do you cover duties and taxes for international orders?

At this time we do not cover duties for international orders, we do work with a shipping company that offers the lowest duties available and occasionally some clients get their packages delivered without duties depending on the delivery company.

Customs duties and taxes on all international orders are non-refundable through LURELLY. However, your local customs bureau may be able to assist you with a duty refund.
