Standard Shipping Guidelines
A high volume of orders may affect the timeframe in which some orders are shipped and received. Our team is working diligently to ensure your order is processed and fulfilled as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
We offer free shipping on domestic orders over USD 2000 (or currency equivalent). All orders that do not meet the USD 2000 minimum will incur a shipping fee, calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
When will my order ship?
Due to our commitment to sustainable practices, most Lurelly pieces are made to order.
- In-stock items: Our Midi Maxi Dress and accessories ship within 5 business days.
- Made-to-order items: All other garments are made to order and typically ship within 10 business days.
- Jeweled items: Some jeweled designs require a longer processing time. Please refer to the product description on each item page for specific details.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Average standard shipping times:
- Within the US: up to 5 business days
- US → Canada: 3–5 business days
- US → South America: 5–10 business days
- US → Asia: 7–10 business days
- US → Australia: 7–10 business days
- US → New Zealand: 7–10 business days
- US → Africa: 7–10 business days
- US → Middle East: 7–10 business days

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes. We offer P.O. Box delivery within the US only.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we are pleased to offer expedited shipping via UPS Express for both domestic and international orders.
- To select expedited shipping, please choose an option labeled “Express” at checkout. If “Express” is not included in your selection, the order will be treated as standard shipping.
- Express orders are shipped within 3–5 days and delivered the next business day after shipping.
- Please note: Express shipping excludes delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, and P.O. Boxes.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
- If you cannot locate this email, please check your spam/junk folder.
- If you still cannot find your confirmation, please contact us at info@lurelly.com.
What happens if my package gets lost?
If your package is lost in transit, please email us at info@lurelly.com. We will do everything we can to assist you. However, Lurelly cannot be held responsible for packages once there is proof of delivery.
US Orders
Do you charge sales tax?
As a US-based e-commerce company, we are required to charge sales tax on orders shipping to certain states. Any applicable taxes are automatically calculated at checkout.
International Orders
Do you cover duties and taxes for international orders?
At this time, we do not cover duties or taxes on international orders. We work with a shipping partner who helps minimize these fees, and in some cases, clients receive packages without duties depending on the carrier.
Customs duties and taxes on international orders are non-refundable through Lurelly. However, your local customs bureau may be able to assist you with a duty refund.
