RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Every piece we make is made to order. Our artisans work on one garment at a time, with the utmost care and attention to detail as the finishing touch of every Lurelly product, making sure every item is beautifully done. Each Lurelly piece can be personalized, a craftsmanship tradition that we make sure to continue to this day. If you’re not happy with the fit, please know that we are happy to make any adjustments you may need or send you a different size.
If you’d still like to return your made to order piece, it must be returned in its original condition including its original packaging and tags attached. Please note that your return has to be postmarked no later than 5 days after the delivery date. Valid returns are eligible for an exchange or store credit only*. Garments that are returned with any signs of being worn will not be accepted and will be immediately returned to the customer.

*All sale items, altered or custom made pieces, swim and accessories are final sale.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the exchange or store credit to be processed after we have received your return.
Lurelly does not cover return shipments or reimburse your original or return postage.
- Please package your item, include your invoice containing your Lurelly order number. Mail it back to us. Lurelly is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. It is the responsibility of your shipping courier to be responsible for these items. We recommend using UPS service for your returned package as they have less chance of being tampered with.
- You will not receive the store credit for your return until we receive your returned item.
- Altered pieces cannot be returned. No exceptions will be made.
- Custom orders are final sale. However, we offer additional alterations if needed.
- Wedding dresses and dresses with hand sewn embellishments have a $50 restocking fee.
- Once an item has been sent back for an exchange and an exchange is mailed to you, the exchanged item cannot be returned for a refund and will be final sale. However, we do offer store credit in some cases.
- If you have an issue with your item, please notify us right away at email@example.com. We will work to replace the item immediately after receiving the defective item.
ITEMS SENT BACK WITHOUT TAGS OR WORN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
IF PACKAGES ARE RETURNED DAMAGED OR BOX IS MISSING, CUSTOMER WILL RESPONSIBLE TO PAY A $10 FEE.
