RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Every piece we make is made to order. Our artisans work on one garment at a time, with the utmost care and attention to detail as the finishing touch of every Lurelly product, making sure every item is beautifully done. Each Lurelly piece can be lightly altered to fit the bust/waist and hips on certain items. If you’re not happy with the fit as ordered, please know that we are happy to make these minor alterations adjustments you may need or send you a different size.

If you would like to return your order, it must be returned in its unworn, original condition including its original packaging and tags attached. Please note that your return has to be postmarked no later than 5 days after the delivery date. All valid returns are eligible for an exchange or store credit only*.

Garments that are returned with any signs of being worn will not be accepted and will be immediately returned to the customer. 

-Kindly note that specially requested custom items cannot be returned as it is a one-of-a-kind made just for you.-

ITEMS SENT BACK STAINED, WITHOUT TAGS OR WORN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

IF PACKAGES ARE RETURNED DAMAGED OR BOX IS MISSING, CUSTOMER WILL RESPONSIBLE TO PAY A $10 FEE.
